Orthognathic Section
The section covers the entire spectrum of orthognathic procedures in their tension line between functional and aesthetic demands. Preoperative planning, distraction osteogenesis, aesthetic surgery as well as orthodontic considerations are major fields of interest. Also included in the section's focus is improvement of the airway for patients with sleep apnea.
